Sons of Eden takes its name from the two partners, Winemaker Corey Ryan and Viticulturist Simon Cowham, who both learned and refined their trades in the vineyards and cellars of Eden Valley.
The 2021 Sons Of Eden Zephyrus Shiraz is made from a blend of 14 unique individual Shiraz parcels grown throughout the Barossa Region. The blend of cooler climate Eden Valley Shiraz and warmer climate Barossa Valley Shiraz combine beautifully to enhance the palate, structure and aromatics. Perfumed with a spicy mix of wild-berry and dried Spring herbs, palate is richly concentrated with a focused red fruit core surrounded by delicious, supple layered tannins.
